Vitruvius

Vitruvius’s Story
Courtesy Post only by Denton Humane Society for Denton Animal Shelter

DOUBLE THE LOVE - MEET BOW & VITRUVIUS! These two senior sweethearts came to the City of Denton Animal Shelter together and would love nothing more than to find their way back into a home. BOW Female 8 years young - 59 lbs. VITRUVIUS Male 8 years young - 48 lbs. Both arrived July 18, 2026. Don’t let the word “senior” fool you! Bow and Vitruvius still have plenty of love, smiles, walks, and adventures ahead of them. They have wonderful leash manners, know sit, and are treat-motivated which is always a bonus when it comes to learning new things! They’re best buddies who balance each other beautifully. While they can absolutely be adopted separately, how wonderful would it be if these two friends could stay together? Two wagging tails. Eight happy paws. Twice the love. Bonus: Adopting a duo means they keep each other entertained, and instantly have a built-in best friend when you’re away from home! Whether you have room in your heart for one, or room in your home for both—Bow and Vitruvius are ready to find their people.

For Adoption or Foster information, call 940-349-7594 or inquire by emailing animal.services@cityofdenton.com. Bow and Vitruvius are waiting!
