She and the child became instant friends during the home visit. Violet is sure to have lots of fun with her new family on their boat and with her JRT "cousin" next door. </B><P>Violet is another example of unusual breeding of the St Croix island dogs. She is a 5 month old with a pretty Shep looking coat but she is a miniature version, only weighing about 15 pounds right now. This is a little feisty miss who is ready to take on the world. She is the first to go exploring and the first to come running for her hugs and kisses when we go into the backyard pen. Violet is very playful and would make a good companion for any family. <P>Violet is up to date with her shots and has been spayed and microchipped. She is not very noisy and enjoys sitting in your lap. We don't expect her to get much larger than 20-25 pounds. Violet will be an excellent pet for the right family.
