To adopt a pet, please visit: http://lewisvillepets.com/adopt Adoptions for dogs and cats are $90 and include: -Sterilization -Vaccinations -Microchip -Heartworm/FIV/FeLV test (if applicable) -1-year registration (if Lewisville resident) -New owner goodie bag (if available) Small pet adoptions are $20. You must be 18 years or older and provide a government-issued ID to adopt. You do not need to be a Lewisville resident to adopt. Renters are subject to approval from landlord or property management to adopt.
