Thankfully, they were given a second chance. His sister has already found her forever home, and now it's Victor's turn. He's grown into a healthy, happy boy who's ready to give his whole heart to a family of his own.<br/><br/>Victor would do best in a home with a younger, active family and kids elementary age and up, simply because he loves to greet his people with gentle hugs.
