Both her mom and dad are Maltese/Miniature Poodle mixes.<br/><br/>Like all puppies, Versace will need a family who understands that raising a puppy takes time, patience, and commitment. She'll require:<br/><br/><br/> An active home that can keep up with her playful puppy energy<br/> Experience with house training and crate training (including the occasional sleepless night while she adjusts)<br/> Someone who is home more often than not in the beginning to help her learn good manners, socialize, and build confidence<br/> Regular grooming to keep her looking and feeling her best<br/><br/><br/>Versace is eager to grow alongside a family who will love her, guide her, and include her in their everyday adventures. If you're ready for the fun (and challenges!) of puppyhood and can provide her with the consistency she needs, Versacecould be your perfect match. Versace is looking for a forever home filled with love, playfulness, and care. At a young and delicate age, pups should be monitored around young children and larger dogs. She is so small that she can be a tripping hazard. She may also not be a good fit for older canine friends due to her excitable puppy energy.<br/><br/>Versace will go home with her new family in foster-to-adopt status until her spay surgery has been completed at 6 months (January 2026) of age at one of our partner Veterinary offices (Chesterfield, Clawson, Clinton Twp, or Rochester), which is included in the adoption fee and is non-negotiable.<br/><br/>We are currently scheduling meetings with Versace, however she will not be able to go home until 9/25, when she is 8 weeks old - are you ready to welcome this stylish sweetheart into your life?<br/><br/>Versace is:<br/>Current on age appropriate vaccines <br/>Dewormed<br/>Receiving Heartworm and Flea/tick Prevention<br/>Microchipped<br/>Will be scheduled to be sterilized at our partner Veterinary office at 6 months of age (included in the adoption fee).<br/><br/>ADOPTION FEE: $500<br/><br/>IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PET, PLEASE COMPLETE THE APPROPRIATE APPLICATION FOUND ON OUR WEBSITE HTTP://FUREVERTAILS.COM. We process applications ONLY - there is no guarantee that you will get a response to an inquiry.<br/><br/>FUREVER TAILS IS A NON-PROFIT, NO-KILL, FOSTER HOME BASED ANIMAL RESCUE BASED OUT OF OAKLAND TOWNSHIP, MI. OUR FOSTER ANIMALS ARE LIVING IN FOSTER HOMES AND TREATED LIKE FAMILY UNTIL THEY FIND THEIR OWN FUREVER FAMILIES. OUR ADOPTION PROECESS REQUIRES AN APPLICATION TO BE COMPLETED AND APPROVED BEFORE A MEET-N-GREET WITH THE ANIMAL CAN TAKE PLACE. ADOPTION FEES ARE NECESSARY TO HELP US COVER VETTING COSTS FOR OUR RESCUED ANIMALS. OUR PRIMARY ADOPTION AREA IS WITHIN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN.
