Meet Vera! This sweet girl is around 3 1/2 years old. Vera is very smart and very well behaved. We believe she is a mountain cur mix. She is around 45 pounds and is full grown. She knows her commands, is house trained and walks great on a leash. Vera does great with kids and does fine with other dogs. Come meet this pretty girl!

We have a process for adopting, 1. fill out the application, 2. give us 3-5 days to go over information. 3. Once completed, if/when you are approved, we will call and set up an appointment time with you.

We are a BEST MATCH facility. We try to match the pet’s personality and needs with the family’s needs and lifestyle to increase the likelihood of a lifetime happy relationship for the whole family. The online application we provide on our website, achs-pets.com, is a preliminary application. We will check the veterinary information of the applicant’s other current animals as well as any past animals they have had in the last 7 years. We also get the landlord permission to have pets if the applicant is a renter. Once we have done this, we will call if everything seems sufficient.
