Meet Velma! According to her foster, Velma is an amazing little girl-smart, gentle, and eager to please. She listens to basic commands, uses potty pads, and is learning to go outside. She loves playing and being outdoors, but she's also fine hanging out on her own. Velma gets along wonderfully with both dogs and cats, walks well on a leash with a harness, and rides calmly in the car. She has no food aggression and manages her feeding well.
