I came in the smallest package — the tiniest pup in my whole litter. But now I’m a big girl and 17 lbs! I'm a 4-year-old Cocker Spaniel, born on October 26, 2021, and I've spent my whole life proving that size has absolutely nothing to do with heart.<br/><br/><br/>𝗔 𝗟𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲<br/>I am looking for 𝘮𝘺 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯. That one human who gets me — who wants a shadow, a snuggle partner, and a walking companion all rolled into one silky-eared cocker spaniel.<br/>I know my commands. Sit, heel, lay down, wait, place, come, off — I have a whole vocabulary. I'm food-motivated, and I love to learn. Though I'll be honest: I do better with someone who's consistent and patient. I respond to someone who means what they say. Think of me as a dog who knows the rules and just needs a household that keeps them steady.<br/>I'm freshly up to date on all my vaccines (vet visit: March 12, 2026), and I got a clean bill of health. So, I am ready for a new start.<br/>𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗜 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲<br/>Long walks (especially off-leash roaming)<br/>Sand, pools & snow — yes, all three<br/>Chasing leaves like they owe me something<br/>Sleeping under the covers when it's cold<br/>Laying between your legs while you watch TV<br/>A good game of fetch<br/>Going absolutely everywhere with you<br/><br/>𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗧𝗼 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗲<br/>Best with calm, older kids<br/>I prefer a quiet introduction to new dogs<br/>Crowds can overwhelm me (and if you don’t remember, I will let you know)<br/>Counter surfer — I will absolutely investigate anything that smells good up there<br/>Don't touch me when I have a high-value bone OR toys<br/>I have a sensitive tummy — easy on the extras<br/>I don’t go outside in rain if I can help it — it just results in a bad fur day for this pretty girl<br/>Haircuts and paw handling — we're working on it<br/><br/><br/>𝗠𝘆 𝗜𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲<br/>I thrive with someone who is home often, loves the outdoors, and understands that I give my whole heart — but I need a little time to trust. I do beautifully with one person or a calm household. I've been known to win over anyone who sits still long enough to let me come to them.<br/>A fenced yard is a big plus (no gaps, please — I am 𝘤𝘶𝘳𝘪𝘰𝘶𝘴), but I can adapt.
