My name is Valentino, but my friends call me Tino. I'm a sweet, soulful little guy with the cutest black & white face and eyes that will absolutely melt your heart. My foster mom says I have the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and snuggly couch companion! I love to explore, play with toys and then wrap myself up in a cozy blanket for some cuddle time. I'm working hard on all my important puppy skills like potty training and crate training and I'm learning every single day. I'm a smart boy who just wants to make you proud. I love other dogs and people. I know with training and love I will be the best boy. If you would like to meet me, please fill out a preadoption application and a CDR volunteer will get back to you just as quick as they can! Warm cuddles and happy tail wags-Tino! **The ADOPTION FEE for this pet is $525 which includes getting the puppy/dog up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella vaccines, fecal test and deworming if necessary, heartworm test, spay or neuter (not including pre-surgical bloodwork) and a microchip. Free access to our weekly training classes is also included for the life of the dog, something no other rescue in the area offers.*

Chicagoland Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy

First step is to decide if you are ready for a long term commitment owning a dog. Ask yourself if you are ready for vet bills, cost of food, training the dog, and what would happen to him/her if you became ill. Once you have decided you are ready for the commitment, the next step is to come to an adoption show and meet the dog you are interested in. Sometimes people fall in love with a picture, only to find another dog at the show better suits what they are looking for. Please remember to bring all family members, including dog(s), who live at the home to meet the new dog. We do not adopt out dogs as gifts.
