Valentina's Story

Valentina is a small black lab mix who weighs about 35#. She is estimated to be 1-2 yo. She was found extremely emaciated with a badly injured right from leg. On intake, she weighed only 15#. Once she gained weight and recovered from heartworm treatment, she underwent amputation of her leg. She has been in a foster home in MS while recovering from surgery, and our rescue partners in the South asked if we could welcome her in Vermont to help find a home.

She is a super sweet dog who is good with cats, kids, and dogs. She is a little timid but is not all aggressive. She is now fully vetted and ready for her forever home.

Her adoption fee is $450. If you are interested in adopting her, please complete and application at cvcaninerescue.org
