Valencia

Valencia is a 10 year old female shepherd mix who came to us as a stray after being found at a local business in Danville. Sadly no owner came for her, and now Valencia finds herself homeless in her senior years. We hope to change her luck quickly! Valencia weighs 63 pounds and seems to be housebroken. She’s a sweet, friendly lady who enjoys short walks outside and still has some pep in her step. Valencia knows how to sit and shake and enjoys treats! Although we have not officially tested her with other animals, Valencia has shown no reaction to either cats or dogs she has seen in passing. A meet and greet with any existing dogs in a potential new home will be required to ensure a good fit. Shelter life is especially tough on elderly dogs—we hope to find her a soft place to land very soon.
