Val's Story
Meet Val (short for Valentine)! This 3 year-old shepsky mix is looking for his forever home. Val's fosters say he is best described as loyal, silly, active, and smart. He is an active guy who would make a great jogging partner, but also knows how to relax for a nap. He is 100% house trained.

Val does well with other dogs with a proper introduction, although he does better meeting dogs off leash than on leash. Once he's acquainted, he loves to play.

Val has some typical herding instincts, and does like to try to herd little kids, so he may do best in a home with older kids or adults only. Unfortunately these instincts also apply to cats, so no feline friends for Val. Val's ideal home would be a quieter setting outside of the hustle and bustle of the city.
