She was so happy to have a visitor, especially one who brought her yummy treats! Her happy tail and cute little face stole our hearts. And now we hope she will steal yours, and you will visit the shelter to save her life!<br/><br/>Penelope has now been in the shelter almost one month and needs a home immediately as the shelter is at full capacity, and often dogs will start to build up kennel stress the longer they have to stay.
