Tyson's Story
Meet Tyson

Age: ~5 years
Location: Foster
Neutered: Yes!

Tyson's story could have ended very differently. He was found as a stray with a severe injury, likely from being shot, and in need of immediate medical care. But even through the pain, he showed nothing but a sweet, calm demeanor.

Since then, Tyson has undergone surgery and is now a proud tripod-and he is absolutely thriving. He gets around well, adapts quickly, and doesn't let anything slow him down.

Because Tyson came to us as a stray and has spent his time in medical boarding and recovery after his back right leg amputation, we don't yet know how he will do around kids, other dogs, or cats. He is now in a foster home, and as they learn more about him, we will continue to provide updates.

What stands out most about Tyson isn't just what he's been through-it's who he is. He's mellow, gentle, and easygoing. The kind of dog who just wants a safe place to land and someone to be by his side.

He's proven he's a survivor. Now he's ready to be someone's companion.

Tyson has already done the hard part-he just needs a home to finish his story.

Adopt: oklahomagsr.org/adopt
