Tyson 's Story
Meet Tyson!

Tyson is a five month old pitty puppy with movie-star good looks and a heart just as big. Weighing around 30 pounds now, this incredibly handsome boy sports a gorgeous coat and is expected to grow into a solid 50–60-pound adult.

Tyson is currently thriving in foster care with multiple dogs and absolutely loves his canine friends. He’s very playful and enjoys roughhousing, wrestling, and running around with his buddies. Once he gets his energy out, he turns into the sweetest cuddle bug—affectionate, loving, and happy to soak up attention from his people. He especially adores his foster mom and aims to please in everything he does.

This smart boy is very food-motivated and eager to learn, making him highly trainable. He does great in his crate—sleeping through the night without a fuss—and is doing an excellent job with potty training. He loves toys, enjoys his meals, and is overall just a really good, sweet puppy.

Tyson had a rough start in life and came to us severely malnourished, having had to compete for food at a very young age. Because of this, he does best being fed in his crate away from other dogs. He does not resource guard with people, and we continue to work on positive sharing skills with other dogs. With consistency and patience, he’s making great progress.

Tyson has not yet been tested with cats, so we’re unsure how he would do in a home with them.

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, fully crate-trained, and will come with a health certificate prior to adoption.

If you’re looking for a playful, affectionate, loyal puppy who’s ready to learn and love, Tyson may be your perfect match.

https://www.livefreerescue.com/adoption-application
