Tyla's Story

Bring home Tyla, also known as Diva, from the Lancaster Animal Shelter. Tyla is a kind girl who was at the shelter just before Christmas, and nobody came to adopt her. She suffered from an ear infection and was placed on the red list to be euthanized next. While Tyla was at the shelter, there was a need for space for dogs affected by the fire, and it was critical. We had a transporter close to the shelter who entered to assess the dogs. Tyla was present, as kind as possible, and wanted to get out. The medical warning regarding her ears was mentioned, but that didn’t deter us. Fortunately, an overnight foster agreed to take her in on the very night she returned to Northern California. She subsequently moved to a temporary foster who assisted her in adjusting and arranged for an ear examination. Following that, Tyla is in search of a home or a long-term foster arrangement. She was in immediate need of rescue and lacked a place to call home. She is friendly with people and dogs, weighs around 85 lbs, full of affection, and is spayed! She is having another ear checkup today and would truly like to find a home! If someone is able to assist, share, or kindly apply. She arrived with a section of her tail absent, but that doesn’t appear to trouble her. She might have had an older owner, where she likely could express her affectionate eyes as well. She is surely a house hippo in search of love once more. Located in morgan hill ca
