Twizzler - PENDING ADOPTION

Hi, I'm Twizzler, an energetic and handsome adolescent doodle. I am 10 months old and I weigh 31ish lbs. I’m a very social guy who adores meeting new friends of the human and doggy variety. Sometimes I get over-excited and bark when I’m particularly interested in someone. I love running around, swimming, long walks & getting all the "good boy" praise when I’m making good choices.<br/><br/>I love to learn, and have very much enjoyed playing the “it’s your choice” game with my foster family - where I get rewarded for not sneaking snacks. It has helped me to remember that it isn’t a good idea to steal their food, even if it smells REALLY good. I really really want to be a very good boy and want to live with people who will help me to be my best self. Training games are so fun, and I want to continue to play them in my new home. <br/><br/>My special skills are digging holes, finding the best sticks & inhaling all the food. I also like water, unless it’s bath time which isn’t so fun. <br/>I had never seen stairs before my foster family brought me home, but I’m a quick learner and got used to them fast. I also figured out peeing was an outdoor activity when my foster family exchanged pee for treats if I did it outside. IMAGINE THAT :) Did I mention I LOVE treats? <br/><br/>I do get a bit timid at times- I don’t like it when there are loud things behind me, and car rides are a bit nerve-wracking. But I will still get in the car if you bribe me with a yummy treat!<br/><br/>I am crate trained & always leave my crate clean and dry. But I don’t really like to spend too much time in there. I may complain about it a bit when I go in at night, but then I settle well & sleep til morning. <br/><br/>I am a cuddler, so expect all the snugs when I’m pooped out from walks and training. I tend to drape myself over my favorite humans when I cuddle - and occasionally nom on their arms with my mouth. I’m happy when they exchange their arm for a toy. Or better yet, something yummy. Would you like to be my furever cuddle companion?<br/><br/><br/>nterested applicants should be able to share how you would keep Timber socialized and safe .<br/><br/>GHR ONLY ADOPTS TO ADULTS OVER THE AGE OF 25 AND PUPPIES WHERE CHILDREN ARE OVER THE AGE OF 6 AND TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE TIME FOR THEM.<br/><br/>It doesn't matter where the pups are from; it only matters where they live the rest of their lives. The adoption fee $585 which includes age appropriate shots, spay , and a microchip.
