Twitch is just over a year old and lives every moment to its fullest. He’s never met a dog he didn’t like and is basically the most popular kid on the playground—always ready to make new friends and help everyone feel welcome. Twitch is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and currently being fostered in the Portland, OR area. He can’t wait to find a family who will love his joyful energy as much as he’ll love them.

Our Mission

Central Texas Ruffugees,with the help of our partners, pull dogs from remote and underserved shelters in Central and South Texas. We have a network of partners in the PNW and NE where the dogs are transported and go on to find their forever homes.
