Tweedle Dum's Story
Meet Tweedle Dum! He and his brother Tweedle Dee are estimated to be 1-2 years old and weigh close to 30 lbs. These handsome fellows were left abandoned at a church. They are now living in a foster home in the South with other pups and their foster mom. Foster mom says, "Both boys love playing and love greeting people. Tweedle Dum is the more outgoing and playful while Tweedle Dee enjoys being loved on but seems to be a little more timid and calm. They both love playing in water and enjoy exploring." Both boys are described as very sweet. The Tweedles are doing well with crate and house training and working on leash training, which is new for them.

If you are interested in adopting one of the brothers (or even both!) and have the time to exercise and train them, please go to our website, read about our adoption process and fill out an application. As with all of our pups, we believe they would do best in a home with children ages 5 and older.

Adoption Fee: $500

Adoption Coordinator: Beth

Forever Home Rescue New England is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a network of foster homes in the South and the New England area.

If you wish to adopt our dogs, please complete an online APPLICATION. You must first be approved by going through our application and screening process.

All dogs are up to date on their shots, dewormed and spayed or neutered.
Vet fees, transport fee and New England quarantine fees ARE INCLUDED in each dog's adoption fee.
Forever Home Rescue makes all of the transportation arrangements.

Forever Home Rescue suggests obedience training for all puppies and dogs.
Any dogs older than pups--even if they are not marked housetrained in their posting---usually housetrain within a day or two, because most are used to living outside in the South and will prefer to do their business outdoors.
Our dogs and pups are best suited for families with children 5 yrs old and up.

Also, please note our open houses which occur most every week at foreverhomerescue.org. You can see when we are open and also which dogs will be at each open house. Dogs marked 'out of town' will not usually be at open houses until they are local.
