TWAIN's Story
TWAIN is a 5 year old Hound mix originally taken in as a lost dog on 12/17/20. He was journeying down a road, pausing occasionally to bark at passing cars. Free spirited and adventurous, we'll never know if Twain was running to or from something or chasing down a scent he lost, but he definitely enjoys walking and running. Energetic and athletic, Twain can be a persistent jumper and would definitely benefit from some training. He's a sweet and boisterous guy who'd make an amazing walking and running buddy. Twain was adopted out on 9/7/21. During that time, he lived with 3 different families. The latter one returned him on 8/4/22. They state that Twain's very affectionate and loves to cuddle in bed in the morning and that his best friend was their other dog. Twain loves to play and his favorite toys are his ball and a rope tug. He is neutered, current on vaccinations, wormed, microchipped and treated with monthly heart worm, flea and tick preventive. Between his longing hound songs, warm gaze and fantastic smile, he'll definitely melt your heart. Twain's adoption fee has been sponsored. To adopt him, please submit an online application for pre-approval via this link: https://service.sheltermanager.com/asmservice?account=zr1647&method=online_form_html&formid=26
