Tux

Tux is a 9-year-old gentleman who may be one of the easiest, most well-behaved dogs his foster dad has ever had. He originally came from Animal Control, where he was a favorite among staff and volunteers, and it didn't take long for his foster family to understand why.<br/><br/>Tux is basically a shadow in dog form. He loves following his person from room to room, but he's not needy or constantly in your business. He's perfectly happy settling nearby and keeping you company. Give him some head scratches while he sits beside you and you've officially won him over.<br/><br/>He's currently living with five dogs of different sizes and does great with all of them. He enjoys their company, plays nicely, and even ends his nights cuddled up with one of his canine foster siblings. <br/><br/>Tux is house trained, crate trained, and already knows sit, come, kennel, "go lay down," and "take nicely." He gets excited when he first comes out of his kennel because he's genuinely thrilled to see people and dogs, but even his excitement is polite. No jumping all over you or acting like a furry wrecking ball.<br/><br/>He's not particularly interested in toys. Tux's favorite thing is simply being with his people.<br/><br/>Adventure? He's in.<br/>Backyard lounging? Absolutely.<br/>Couch potato night? Say less.<br/><br/>Tux would love a home where he can simply be part of the family.
