Turbo is a 2-year-old male Border Collie who was abruptly abandoned when his owner moved out of state. <br/>Despite his rough start, he’s incredibly loving, loyal, and eager to please once he bonds with you. He’s also very smart and picks up routines and commands quickly.<br/>Turbo was undersocialized and kept isolated in a backyard which caused reactivity toward other dogs.
