TURBO's Story

Meet Turbo (A565008) Turbo arrived just about a week ago, but he’s already made quite the impression around the shelter. Those marvelous floppy ears tend to arrive in the room before the rest of him, and once you meet him, it’s hard not to smile. Turbo is an affectionate, playful guy who thrives on attention and fun. At just two years old, his main goal in life is simple: enjoy it. Toys are absolutely Turbo’s favorite thing in the world. Toss one and you’re instantly invited to the party. He could happily spend hours chasing, pouncing, and showing off his playful spirit. Turbo has been tested with female dogs and did well, though adopters should know he can be a bit impolite in play and may be too rambunctious for a more laid back canine companion. Turbo also loves treats and already knows the command “sit” pretty well, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He enjoys getting out and about and would make a fantastic walking partner for someone who wants a fun, energetic buddy by their side. If you’re ready for a dog who brings enthusiasm, affection, and nonstop smiles, come meet Turbo today. Turbo is guesstimated to be 2 years old and weighs 53 lbs. All dogs adopted from Huntsville Animal Services are spayed/ neutered, microchipped, dewormed, appropriately vaccinated, and receive a topical 90-day flea/ tick preventative. Ready to meet Turbo? Just stop by our shelter and head to our dog areas. You can find him in kennel D83. All adopters must be 19 years or older with a valid ID.
