Tucker's Story

Tucker is a cute 2 to 3-year-old male lab mix weighing around 35lbs of love - he loves to solicit attention from his humans, and has gotten along well with all doggie friends that he's been introduced to so far. If going to a home that already has dogs, we think he would do best with other medium or large dog friends.

Our staff describe him as being "super playful - he enjoys playing fetch and gently nibbles to initiate play. He's great with all people he's met! He knows the command 'sit' and will never say no to snuggles"

Tucker can get spooked by loud and sudden movements/noises, especially cars, and has been working hard with our team to help him gain confidence. He would do best in a quiet home and neighborhood, with someone who can offer him patience and love as he continues to work on overcoming his fears. His confidence appears to skyrocket when he's walking alongside a doggie friend, although he would do well in a home without any other dogs as long as the adopter themselves are home often to build that bond with him (Work from home; retired).

Professional photos by Kelsey Swann Photography - https://www.kelseyswannphotography.com/
