Our facility is open for adoptions by appointment. Please complete the adoption questionnaire found at this link https://form.jotform.com/211596541894163 . Once we have received your completed questionnaire someone will be in touch to set up an appointment for you to come in and meet the pet(s) you are interested in. If you have questions prior to completing the questionnaire please email info@clarkshelter.org or call (859)737-0053. Appointments will not be scheduled until the questionnaire is completed. This process can typically be completed the same day or by the next day depending on appointment availability.<br/><br/>Tubbs came to the shelter as a stray. We were able to trace his owner by his microchip. Unfortunately, Tubbs had been missing for awhile and due to a change in her living situations she was not able to take Tubbs back. Tubbs is very friendly and is good with other dogs. He does have a limp from an old injury where he was likely hit by a car. Tubbs is a typical mischievous Husky. He likes to be in the house but will escape enclosures if left unattended outdoors. He is good with other dogs and very friendly. He is still pretty new here so we are learning more about him.
