Tryggr is looking for his happy forever foster to adopt family. This boy is so deserving of his fresh start that the rescue and his wonderful foster Mom have fought to provide for him. <br/><br/>He is fully vetted & neutered. He is HW + and going through the slow kill method due to his age and how he responded to initial fast kill shot. The rescue will continue to cover this cost for his new foster to adopt family. <br/><br/>Tryggr is a big boy! He’s 104 pounds of love!! Tryggr takes time to fully trust after being dumped and shot, but once he knows he’s safe he begs to be pet. He will give kisses from time to time and rarely barks. <br/>He LOVES pizza, cheeseburgers and scrambled eggs. He does a happy dance when he knows he’s getting food. He will remind you when it’s time for meals, bedtime snacks and bedtime. <br/>He is crate trained but it’s not necessary. He will just find a spot he likes and wait for you to get home. He doesn’t get on furniture, possibly because his foster has very slippery floors and no steps for him to use. <br/><br/>He loves to go outside and do perimeter checks. <br/>A fenced yard is required because he will follow his nose and if his nose is working his ears seem to break… He also doesn’t potty if on a leash, likes his privacy. <br/><br/>He is currently fostered in South Texas but we have options for transport. <br/><br/>Tryggr Cons: <br/><br/>Counter surfs<br/>Barrier reactivity but will redirect when corrected. <br/>Dog selective.
