Hi, I'm Truly—and I'm TRULY hoping you're my furever family! <br/><br/>My name is Truly, and I think it describes me perfectly...<br/><br/> Truly lovable<br/> Truly fun<br/> Truly wonderful<br/><br/>I'm a 4-year-old girl with a big heart and lots of love to give. I was originally adopted from a shelter by an elderly lady who realized that I was just a little too young and a little too much for her to handle. It wasn't my fault—I just had more energy and enthusiasm than she was prepared for!<br/><br/>But here's the good news: I have very good manners! <br/><br/>I'm a good leash walker, crate/kennel trained, and I don't bark much unless there's something I think you need to know about. Basically, I'm happy to let you know when something important is happening, but I'm not interested in being the neighborhood alarm system. <br/><br/>Now, about where I sleep...<br/><br/>I can sleep in my crate, but if you're asking me where I really want to sleep, the answer is simple: YOUR BED. I mean, why would I sleep somewhere else when you're right there?!<br/><br/>I love people, and I love showing it. In fact, I have a very special talent for covering my favorite humans in kisses! If you like doggy kisses, we're going to be best friends.<br/><br/>I should probably also confess something...<br/><br/>I'M A JUMPER! <br/><br/>It's not because I'm naughty. I'm just SO excited to see you, and I really, really want to get close enough to lick your face. With some patience and training, I can absolutely learn that keeping all four paws on the floor is the polite thing to do. I'm a smart girl—I just need someone to help me practice my manners when my excitement gets the best of me. <br/><br/>And then there's my toy obsession...<br/><br/>I LOVE toys, especially the soft ones that are just begging to be torn apart.<br/>I also enjoy stealing toys from the other dogs because apparently sharing is overrated.<br/><br/>I'm good with other dogs and kids, so I'm happy to have some friends around.<br/><br/>And here's some really good news if you're not local! I can be transported to another state, and my rescue mom can help arrange the transportation to get me to my furever family. So my perfect home might be a little farther away than you think!<br/><br/>What I'm really looking for is someone who will appreciate my enthusiasm, help me polish up a few of my excited-girl manners, and most importantly, love me for the fun, affectionate, silly girl that I am.<br/><br/>I have so much love to give, and I can't wait to find the person who will let me give it to them—preferably from the comfort of their bed while I shower them with kisses. <br/><br/>I'm Truly.
