Truffles is a 3-year-old dog with an adorable puppy-like appearance and a 50-pound athletic physique. She likes other dogs with a slow, proper introduction, and all people (including children). She is a little excitable around cats.<br/><br/>Truff is housetrained, smart, and mastered commands like sit, down, shake, high five, sit pretty, and off in no time. She is a little nervous in new situations (licking, reassurance of touch) but adjusts quickly with a good routine. She is eager to please and has short, soft fur (like velvet on her belly). She hardly sheds! Soft and sweet.<br/><br/>Truffles adjusts her energy level to suit the circumstances, equally content to join you on brisk walks or curl up on a plush bed and enjoy some well-deserved relaxation time. She is an excellent retriever of tennis balls!<br/><br/>All adoptions are by appointment only. If you are interested in a meeting or adoption, please request an application via a Petfinder inquiry. An application will be emailed to you to complete and return. After that, an officer will contact you.<br/><br/>All adoptions are $10. In California, dogs are required to have current rabies vaccinations and must be licensed in their county of residence.
