Trouble 's Story

Meet Trouble- And yes… the name fits—in the cutest way possible. Trouble is a tiny, 3½-month-old Cattle Dog/Chihuahua mix weighing just about 5 pounds, with a personality that’s way bigger than his body. He’s spunky, curious, playful, and guaranteed to keep you laughing.

Trouble is still very much an infant puppy, which means he’s starting from scratch—no formal training yet and lots to learn. His future family will need to be committed to house training, crate training, leash skills, and teaching him appropriate puppy manners (chewing, jumping, and zoomies included ). Puppies take time, patience, consistency, and structure—but the reward is a lifelong, well-balanced companion.

We expect him to grow to around 10–15 pounds full grown, making him a great size for both adventures and snuggles. With his cattle dog mix, he’s likely to be smart, active, and eager to learn—he’ll thrive with both physical exercise and mental enrichment.

Trouble would do best in an active home, ideally with a yard and another well-balanced dog to help guide him and burn off some of that puppy energy. Because of his age, he should not be left alone for long periods (definitely not a full 8-hour workday). He needs engagement, routine, and lots of positive experiences to grow into a confident adult.

He’s already neutered and ready to find his forever home. We are looking for adopters who understand that bringing home a puppy is a 10–15+ year commitment—through all the stages from playful chaos to loyal best friend.

If you’re ready for fun, laughter, puppy kisses, and the rewarding journey of raising a young dog, Trouble is ready to steal your heart

[Apply Now](http://form.jotform.com/underdogca/dog-adoption-application)
For application forwarding requests or any specific inquiries, you can contact us at adopt@underdogca.com. Additional vet care is provided as needed based on their requirements. The adoption fee for this dog is $500 serving as a non-refundable donation.
