Meet Trooper ***SPECIAL NEEDS***
Trooper was found scared and all alone on a rural road. He is deaf and blind. That does not stop him! He's super sweet and active. He manages to map out a house very quick! He loves playing with all his doggy buddies & would do best with a companion dog. He enjoys going to dog parks and playing!!
He is learning touch commands!
