Trooper is back at TJO with a healthier physique and is excited to share that he has learned a few skills! He has spent time with kids and other dogs, doing well with both, and has even begun exploring the different kinds of toys he can play with - stuffies are one of his favorites! OTHER PETS: Trooper will likely get along with other dogs and should meet any that he would be living with prior to adoption. [Likely (Must Meet First)] OWNER EXPERIENCE: [First Dog] Experience with positive reinforcement or willingness to learn. KIDS: Trooper is a big, gentle boy who has not exhibited resource-guarding, is comfortable with handling, and has done well with children with active supervision. A combination of regular exercise and plenty of mental enrichment will help keep Trooper strong, and meet his needs!
