Meet Trixie & Trina <br/><br/>Double the Dachshunds means double the love! Trixie and Trina are a bonded pair of sweet sisters, believed to be around 1 year old, who are looking for a forever home together.<br/><br/>These girls came to us in February from a heartbreaking backyard breeding seizure case involving more than 70 dogs. Despite their difficult start, Trixie and Trina have blossomed into affectionate, playful companions.<br/><br/>They were adopted into a wonderful home in June by one of our previous adopters and were thriving there. Sadly, their adopter was recently diagnosed with cancer and, with great love and courage, made the difficult decision to return the girls so they could find the stable, lifelong home they deserve.<br/><br/>While in their home, Trixie and Trina made tremendous progress with potty training and leash walking, and they've even enjoyed some pampering with professional grooming.
