Trinket's Story

Trinket is a curious and playful young lady who is looking for her forever playmate! She not a mystery when it comes to her feelings about other dogs and people- She LOVES them. Trinket is currently in the intermediate class of the prison dog program, where she's learning all sorts of new tricks and skills. She's spayed, heartworm negative, and ready to find her forever home. But beware, this girl is not a fan of the hoofed or feathered variety of friends, so no goats or chickens please! Trinket is full of life and love, and she can't wait to bring her playful spirit and curious nature to her new family. So, if you've got a fenced yard and are looking for a fun-loving companion, Trinket just might be the perfect pup for you!

Rusk County Pets Alive!'s Adoption Policy

The adoption application can be found on our website under the Adopt tab. Adoption fees of Rusk County Pets Alive! are $50 for cats. These fees help off-set some of the medical expenses for each animal we take in. All cats are spayed or neutered and up to date on shots.
