Trina!'s Story

Trina is a darling little chihuahua mix. She is 3-4 years old and currently 11 lbs.
Trina is affectionate, friendly, and has medium energy. She is a delightful, happy little dog and her tail seems to never stop wagging. She becomes quite attached to her family and will happily follow her humans around the house and yard for most of the day. In the evenings she enjoys cuddling on the couch and is a good lap warmer.

Trina desires to be a large part of her family’s life and likes to be included in daily activities. She likely would not do well being left home alone daily for long hours.

Trina currently lives with dogs of various sizes she seems to prefer male dogs who are similar in size to her. She likely would enjoy being the only dog who gets all the love and attention from her people. She also lives with dog savvy cats and is respectful with them; but she might challenge shy kitties and chase if they run. Young children would likely overwhelm her so only respectful, dog savvy kids over 10 are recommended. She loves exploring in the yard and is an alert barker so no apartments for her.

Trina is crate trained but does not love her crate and prefers being with her people. She is doing well with house training and learning to walk politely on a leash.

Trina is a little sweetheart who is patiently waiting for her forever family.

Please email right away if you would like to learn more about this dog......and visit our website www.siarescuers.org to learn more about our rescue group.
