Young Trace was surrendered to our shelter after living much of his life in a crate. He is now enjoying the sunshine, friendship, and lots of play with the other pups here. He is friendly to all he meets.<br/><br/>Trace will fit well into a family with children, cats, or other dogs. He's a good travel size at 38 pounds. He's about 9-10 months old and will likely grow a little more. This happy boy has his whole life ahead and can't wait to be part of a loving family. We can arrange to meet you at the shelter during or after open hours at a time that works for you. Shelter hours are 9-3 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, and 10 to noon on Saturday. It is always best to make an appointment by calling or texting 859-420-0175. If the phone is not answered right away, please leave a message and your call will be returned quickly!<br/><br/>We require an application. We can send you a copy by email, you can download one at fopcp.org, or we can arrange a time to fill one out over the phone. The fee covers the mandatory spay/neuter surgery, vaccines, dewormer, and first round of flea and tick preventatives. We accept cash, checks, and a QR code on the application allows you to pay by credit card, Pay Pal, or Google Pay. <br/><br/>We are happy to answer any questions you may have!
