Once he gets to know you, he'll be your shadow and happily stick by your side through all of life's adventures.<br/><br/>Trac has received basic training and is eager to learn, especially when treats are involved. He's a bright guy who enjoys having things to do and benefits from regular exercise, enrichment, and time with his people. Like many intelligent dogs, he can be a little creative when he's bored he's been known to figure out gates and do some landscaping of his own!<br/><br/>Trac takes a little time to warm up to new people, but he forms strong bonds with those he trusts. He'll do best with an adopter who appreciates his thoughtful nature and is willing to let him get comfortable at his own pace.<br/><br/>He can do well with other large dogs when introductions are handled properly. Because he has a strong interest in small animals, Trac is looking for a home without cats, small dogs, or other small pets. Due to his size and enthusiasm, a home without small children would be the best fit.<br/><br/>For someone looking for a loyal companion, Trac has so much to offer. He's intelligent, affectionate, and deeply devoted to his people. Welfare for Animals Guild (WAG)'s Adoption Policy
To start the adoption process, please apply through our website, www.wagsequimwa.com. Once your application has been reviewed by WAG's adoption committee, a WAG representative will speak with your references. Afterwards, we will schedule either a home visit (if in the Sequim area) or video call (if outside of Sequim/Port Angeles). Finally, an appointment will be made to meet the dog(s) and complete the adoption.
