Toto - Cute lil Scruffy Guy! Loves his Sister Ruby!

Meet Toto! He is Ruby's other half, so check her out too!<br/><br/>Toto is estimated at about 3 years old and is 18 lbs, the perfect size to snuggle on your lap and take on adventures!<br/><br/>He and Ruby's were picked up stray along with 3 other dogs, and when their owners were contacted they said they didn't want any of them back. <br/><br/>Yeah, we don't know how anyone could do that either, especially to dogs as sweet as these!!<br/><br/>Little Toto is 100% friendly and loving to everyone he meets! He's in a foster home with young kids, Ruby, and a bunch of his foster's personal dogs and he loves everyone!<br/><br/>We would absolutely love to find ONE home for both Toto and Ruby, so they can stay together forever. We will discount one adoption fee by $50 for anyone who will adopt the pair!
