She is about 1 and a half years old, and approximately 45 lbs. This energetic girl rates at about a 8/10 on energy when she's "living life," and then can wind down to a 6 when its time to just lounge around the house or cuddle up with you on the couch. <br/><br/>Tori loves walks. She enjoys being in the water too! As mentioned, she is active and dog-friendly. She enjoys playing with different kinds of pups, and has easily accommodated their preferred playstyle. She is also conscious enough not to impose or invade anyone's space.<br/><br/>Miss Playful loves toys and is a fan of chew bones. In fact, she has a chew bone collection, and has been caught collecting all of the chew bones in the house (whether they belong to her or not). She loves chewing on bones, which is a healthy & productive mind activity.<br/><br/>Tori is very intelligent. She is house-trained, and knows to tap on the door when she needs to go out. She knows SIT (and loves to show it off for treats). She is also willing to learn more commands as needed. For the most part, she is trusted free-range in the house. She has the freedom to sleep wherever she desires, and typically chooses the the dog bed in the master bedroom. She is crated when she will be left home alone for 2 or more hours. <br/><br/>In addition to the 3 other dogs in her foster home, there are also 4 kitties. She gets along with them all, and attempts to play with them to whatever level they allow. There are not any small children in the foster home,. However she been around small children and has been fine. She is cautious meeting new people, and it typically takes about 7-10 minutes for her to warm up).<br/><br/>A FEW OTHER DETAILS ABOUT THIS GIRL:<br/><br/>1- She travels well in a car. <br/><br/>2- She has a very high-pitched bark. She uses at at appropriate times, such as someone coming to the front door, or a foreign sound when out in the yard.<br/><br/>3- Her story... Found surviving alone in the woods near a busy highway. She braved harsh weather and heavy traffic before being rescued. Now safe in foster care for several months, she has blossomed into a happy, playful, and affectionate companion.<br/><br/>Her perfect place would include another dog who she can play with, and/or an active family devoted to including her in their daily activity.
