Tootsie's Story
Tootsie is another rescue we pulled from a hoarders house. This shy girl suffered from insecurity and was not comfortable around people. But after just a couple months in loving foster care, this girl is blossoming into a gentle family companion. Now she seeks out people for some attention, which she didn’t have much in her prior life. She’s about 3 years old, and is ready to relocate.
