Meet Tootsie
Tootsie is a wonderfully kind dog that went through an unfortunate experience. He was collected with other dogs and left in the back of a van for days without attention before he and the others were rescued. He has been denied many social experiences and can be cautious of strangers, but despite this, he is an extremely gentle dog who loves to run and play with other dogs. He very much would enjoy a home that is loving and patient for him to thrive in. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. His date of birth is estimated 10/27/22.
