My name is Tommy and I am 1.5 years old boy who weighs only 8.8 lbs. I was found in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, abandoned. Someone tied me to a bench and left me there… <br/><br/>Do not think that they went to the store and were coming back…. Attempts were made to find my person, but I was clearly abandoned. Now, I am looking for a fresh start. My own person or a family, that will love me unconditionally, and never ever leave me behind.
