Contact bmdollins@yahoo.com for more information or to adopt the pet.My uncle has become unable to further care for his dogs as he is going into skilled nursing. I am helping him rehome them. They are 2 male chihuahua mixes and are 4.5 years old. Names are Tom and Jerry. Tom weighs 28 lbs, Jerry weighs 15 lbs, and they are litter mates that are bonded. They are both recently neutered and are up to date on vaccines, preventions and microchipped. They are not fully house-trained, but working on it and might do better in a home with someone that has more time for them. They are a little nervous of new people, but will warm up. Jerry is very cuddly and loves to be held; Tom loves to play tug and throw a ball. They have never been around other dogs, cats, pets or kids. They will be good dogs for the right home, but certainly not for every home. I would keep them but due to my work, I am unable to give them the time and attention they need. Please reach out to me at bmdollins@yahoo.com for more information and to meet them.

All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.

Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
