Toby's Story
Toby is a little guy needing a lap to warm this winter. He is very friendly but has to be approached with words first, then smell, then touch. Toby has limited vision and probably just sees shadows, so he can be startled easily. He was relinquished after his owner passed away. Toby is a good boy and does well with other dogs. He loves people and cuddles.
