Originally from Texas, Toby was found as a stray and sadly spent over a year waiting in a shelter before making his big move to his foster home Oregon this past July. Since then, life has been full of new adventures and firsts for him—and he’s proving what a resilient, loving boy he truly is.<br/><br/>Toby is a people-lover through and through. He’s happiest when he’s by your side 24/7, and his favorite place to be is snuggled up close, especially at night. He hasn’t met a person—child or adult—that he doesn’t adore.
