Toby would thrive in a more mature home with someone who’s around a lot and ready to spoil him with all the love he deserves. 💙<br/><br/>Toby is friendly with everyone and does great with kids, friends, and family. He may give a little “protector growl” for his person (very on-brand Chihuahua 😉), but he’s not snappy at all—just loyal and loving.
