Toby was rescued from the streets of Lynwood after living as a stray for months. Toby was one of three dogs in the vicinity, that needed help. Once Toby was secured, he was taken directly to a vet and received medical assessment, wellness exam, and was neutered. Toby has been in foster care since he was medically cleared. Toby is a strong boy who has struggled with resource guarding. Toby had an assessment done with a k9 trainer and can benefit from additional sessions.
