Toby #41's Story
Toby #41 is a 1-year-old purebred yellow Labrador Retriever weighing 44 lbs. He’s on the smaller side for a Lab but is expected to reach a healthy adult weight of around 55–60 lbs. This handsome boy has a very sweet, gentle personality and a heart eager to please. Toby is still learning his leash manners, but with a little guidance and consistency, he’ll be a wonderful walking companion. His desire to make his people happy will make training a rewarding experience. Toby does well with other dogs and would be a great fit for a home with older children. He has not been around toddlers or very young children, so a calmer household would suit him best. Toby is searching for his very first - and forever - home. Like his friends, he’s dreaming of something he’s never had before: his own bed, his own people, and a place to truly belong. Could your home be the one Toby has been waiting for?

For additional information about Toby #41 please email Ann Hilchey: ann.hilchey@labs4rescue.org

Toby #41 is being fostered in Connecticut.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We receive many questions about our adoption process from potential adopters, most of which can be answered by viewing our "Adopt a Lab" page on our full-service website, (https://labs4rescue.com/adopt).
