Toby is still waiting... and we can't believe it! Toby is one of those dogs who brings joy everywhere he goes. This happy, silly little guy has the biggest personality and an even bigger heart. He absolutely loves people and one of his favorite things in the world is leaping right into your arms for a hug. Yes, he's a professional cuddle jumper! Toby is also full of fun energy. He loves to run, climb, bounce, and explore, which would make him an amazing running partner or agility dog. If you're looking for a dog who will keep life exciting and make you laugh every day, Toby is your guy! He's wonderful with people and enjoys other dogs. Toby has been waiting at the sanctuary far longer than he deserves, and we would love to see this joyful boy finally get the home he's been dreaming of. All he really wants is someone to share adventures with and a pair of arms to jump into.
