Toby was found as a stray at 5 months old with a severe skin infection and an upper respiratory infection. He made an amazing recovery and grew into the most handsome boy. Toby is described by his foster as a "momma's boy" because he loves his foster mom so much and follows her around everywhere. Despite his size, he is a lap dog. His favorite thing to do is cuddle with his foster mom on the couch. Toby loves other dogs and is very athletic. He loves visits to the dog park, hiking, and swimming.
