Meet Tobias! This beautiful 6 month old pittie mix (see DNA test in photos, mom also pictured) came to us with his siblings when they were barely 2 months old. After many months, this sweet, lovable soul is STILL waiting! Tobias is a playful, smart, affectionate boy who has spent most of his life in a foster home, mastering his training and socialization. Tobias has been a star at adoption events and photoshoots, in public spaces, and on adventures. Here's what his foster has to say: "He is GREAT with cats and kids!! He loves other dogs and he knows how to sit! Tobias is potty trained, crate trained, and walks great on a leash. He has been a joy to foster so far and will make a great family dog!" We promised Tobias that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you? Final Victory Animal Rescue's Adoption Policy

To learn more about or rescue or apply to adopt, please submit an application on our website finalvictoryrescue.com. (A PetFinder Inquiry does not replace our application or hold your place in line for adoption.) We are based in South Carolina and transport cats and dogs along the East Coast to Northeastern states on a weekly basis. Virtual meet-and-greets are provided prior to transport for our out-of-town adopters and by appointment for local families. Our amazing team of application processors will be available to answer any questions throughout your application approval process!

Final Victory Animal Rescue is located in West Columbia, SC. We give cats and dogs positive experiences after a traumatic time in the shelter, neglected homes, or living on the streets. Through our large sanctuary, expansive fostering community, incredible volunteers, and transport connections, we give pets final victories...
